Meeting on the execution of non-property claims
A video conference meeting was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov on monitoring non-property claims and enforcement of court decisions, for which debtors are public authorities, state and municipal institutions.
The meeting was attended by the head of the specialized department of bailiffs in the Republic of Tatarstan of the State Municipal Institution of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia Zhanna Samoilova, responsible persons of the republican executive authorities, municipal districts, and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
A report on the results of work for the 2nd quarter of 2024 was made by Natalya Arzamasceva, leading adviser of the department for territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government.
During the event, problematic issues were discussed, further methods of joint activities and information interaction with the bailiff service, local government bodies and republican executive authorities in this area were outlined.
