State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan: Providing free legal assistance to SMO participants and their families is our primary task
The State Legal Bureau of Tatarstan continues to provide legal support to participants in the special military operation and their family members.
This week, Deputy Director Rafael Giniatullov held a citizen's reception at the Tatarstan branch of the Fatherland Defenders Foundation, where 8 citizens were received.
Appeals were received regarding non-receipt of monetary allowances, lump sum and insurance payments. In addition, citizens asked questions regarding the procedure for collecting alimony, which is also an important legal issue for many families. Of no small importance is the issue of recognizing a participant in a special military operation as deceased, which requires compliance with certain legal procedures and the provision of the necessary documentation.
All servicemen and their family members who applied were provided with free legal assistance in the form of legal advice and information in accordance with current legislation.

We make every effort to provide assistance on these issues and provide up-to-date information to facilitate the process of resolving difficult situations for everyone who turns to us», - noted Rafael Giniatullov.
