Today, at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, members of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordination Committee on Legal Issues unanimously supported the draft laws of the republic on the approval of standards for financial support of state guarantees for the implementation of rights to receive education in Tatarstan for 2025 and the planning period of 2026 and 2027.
The bills were developed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan and are aimed at implementing the norms of federal legislation.
During the discussion, it was noted that in the field of education, the authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation (including Tatarstan) are responsible for financing the implementation of basic educational programs that meet federal standards. In Tatarstan, financing standards are calculated in accordance with the rules approved by the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic. They take into account the level of education, the profile of education, the location of the educational organization, its type and the features of the programs being implemented (for example, for children with disabilities). Standards are set per pupil (student) per year, and in small educational organizations - per group or class-set.
