On constitutional and legal bases of the official publication of normative legal acts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the electronic source

Magazine "modern law" published an article entitled "the constitutional and legal framework of official publication of normative legal acts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in an electronic source. The author of the article R.M.Shaidulina, a student at Kazan branch of the Russian Academy of Justice, winner of the "personnel reserve of the Republic of Tatarstan is considering constitutional and legal foundations of the official publication of normative legal acts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the electronic sources. The article summarized the practice of federal bodies and bodies of State power of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
