An evening excursion about Kazan in the era of Sergei Viktorovich Dyachenko was organized for members of the primary trade union organization of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. The excursion was conducted by the famous Kazan regional historian Mark Shishkin, who spoke in detail about the life path of the great mayor of Kazan. Sergei Viktorovich devoted a significant part of his career to jurisprudence, and in the last years of his life he served as the chairman of the Kazan District Court.
The excursion aroused great interest among the union members and allowed them to deepen their knowledge of the history of their native city and the republic, as well as to get acquainted with an outstanding personality who made a significant contribution to the development of jurisprudence.
