Today, the All-Russian campaign – Children's legal assistance day – is taking place in all regions of the Russian Federation, including Tatarstan. This large-scale campaign is aimed at legal education of citizens and providing free legal assistance to those residents who need it most.
The head of the department for organizing the provision of free legal assistance and planning of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ilfat Mingalimov, took part in the Children's legal assistance day, which was held at the Kazan Cooperative Institute. The program included educational and awareness-raising events aimed at improving the legal literacy of students.
Speaking to students, Ilfat Maratovich spoke about the opportunities that free legal assistance provides for young people, and how important it is to understand the laws in order to minimize legal risks and consequences.
«Knowledge and understanding of the laws from an early age is an important support for successful professional development and ensuring a decent life», - he emphasized.
Legal assistance day became an important platform for discussing issues of protecting children's rights, popularizing legal knowledge and strengthening interaction between educational institutions and government bodies.
The event ended with a screening of videos from the Republican competition «A child in the world of rights».
