Ilya Gomzik spoke live on the program «Tatarstan without corruption»
On the TNV TV channel, a live broadcast of the program «Tatarstan without corruption» featured a discussion of current issues of corruption prevention. The program was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilya Gomzik.
During the broadcast, Ilya Aleksandrovich spoke about the law on combating corruption, which, according to him, creates a legal basis for comprehensive work in this area. He noted that this law establishes general requirements for all participants in the process, compliance with which is mandatory and no one can evade them.
The First Deputy Minister also emphasized that the main document that forms the planned activity on corruption prevention in the republic is the state program «Implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan».
He singled out anti-corruption expertise as an important means of preventing corruption offenses. According to him, public control has the greatest potential in this area. «The state creates various forms of public participation in anti-corruption activities, one of which is independent anti-corruption expertise conducted by accredited experts», - he added.
