On the outcome of the appraisal of public civil servant of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan

October 29, 2013 the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan met Certification Commission, which assessed the knowledge and skills of public civil servants, staff of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Certification of public officials is aimed at identifying the quality of employees personal and professional capacity, preparedness and ability of employees to perform functional duties. In practical terms, the main objective of the evaluation is to determine whether a particular person.
For certification have been approved 6 employees of the Ministry.
Members of the Certification Commission by voting took a unanimous decision: all those undergoing certification Ministry experts are civil service posts to be substituted:
Valeeva Polina Vladimirovna, senior consultant, Department of law project work;
Sadreeva, Lilia Damirovna, leading expert of the Department of human resources and public service;
Sviridova Tatyana Stanislavovna, leading specialist of the Department of justices of the peace;
Solovyova Diana Evgenievna, senior consultant, single bank regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan;
Shakirova Naila Alievna, senior consultant, information and analysis, coordination and planning.
Mardanov Elmira Nazirovna, senior consultant, Department of analytical and normative-methodic work of the Department of organization of interaction with local self-government bodies on legal issues, corresponds to the values of the State civil service posts and recommended for inclusion in the talent pool to fill a vacant position in civil service job growth.
