Rustem Zagidullin: more than 30 thousand electronic documents will be submitted to court sites in 2025
Today at the meeting of the Council of Judges of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Supreme Court the issues of organization of the activities of justices of the peace and their apparatuses were considered in detail.
In his speech the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin emphasized the importance of the Federal Law aimed at ensuring objective, reliable and prompt information of citizens and organizations about the activities of justices of the peace of the republic.
Rustem Zagidullin also informed that information about 190 court sites of justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan is presented on a specialized Internet service – «Portal of Justices of the Peace of the Republic of Tatarstan». Information about the cases in court, including registration numbers of cases, their names or the subject of the dispute, as well as information about the participants of the judicial process, information about the passage of cases in court, as well as information about the issuance of judicial acts on the results of consideration of cases are not subject to deletion and are stored in the electronic archive of the Portal.
Separately, the Minister drew attention to the demand for the electronic format of filing applications and complaints to court sites. «To submit documents through the Portal it is enough to pass a simple procedure of identification and authentication through the Unified Portal of Public Services (UIAS)», - reminded the Minister.
According to him, the popularity of the electronic form of filing is noticeably growing: in 2024, more than 141 thousand applications were submitted to the court sites, among which more than 14 thousand were filed by residents of the republic. Already in the first quarter of 2025, the number of electronic documents reached the figure of more than 31 thousand.
«In addition, when filing applications to the judicial precincts of justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan, you can attach an application to send enforcement documents electronically directly from the judicial precincts to the bailiff service», - added Rustem Ildusovich.
The portal also has another important service «Electronic queue». It is possible to pre-register at all court sites of justices of the peace. The service allows you to make an appointment to receive four services:
- appointment for familiarization with case materials,
- receipt of a judicial act,
- receipt of a judicial act with a mark of entry into legal force,
- obtaining a writ of execution or documents from the archives.
