In Tatarstan, the share of eliminated contradictions in legislation increased by 8%
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan pays special attention to the introduction of digital technologies, including in the work of local government bodies. This was noted at a board meeting, where the results of the Ministry's activities to improve the professional level of municipal employees and local government officials were summed up.
Speaking with a report, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov said that seminars and training events are held quarterly to allow municipal employees to effectively use specialized information systems.
«For example, «Codex» system, introduced in 2018 thanks to the support of the Rais of the Republic Rustam Minnikhanov, has become an indispensable assistant in identifying inconsistencies in municipal acts with current legislation, - Mukharryam Ibyatov noted. We are grateful to Rustam Nurgalievich for providing such an opportunity».
The ability to work in the system has a positive effect on the organization of municipal rule-making by local legal services. Since last year, the share of eliminated contradictions has increased by 8%.
Mukharryam Mansurovich also noted that training events are systematically held for local governments to minimize errors when publishing municipal acts on the Official portal of legal information.
«Only a few subjects of the Russian Federation have such a digital platform, so high-quality maintenance of the portal is one of our priorities», - the deputy minister emphasized. According to him, more than 90% of municipal acts are entered into the register through the Portal every year. As of July 1, 2025, the information resource contains 321 687 municipal regulatory legal acts.
