The Ministry of Justice has studied the execution of state powers and the implementation of anti-corruption policies in the Kaibitsky District
Employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held an off-site event in the Kaibitsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the event, the implementation of state powers by local government bodies of the district to collect information from settlements necessary for maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan was studied.
For 2024 and for 7 months of the current year, more than 1 thousand regulatory legal acts, as well as 145 additional pieces of information to them, were received from the Kaibitsky district for inclusion in the register.
Employees of the legal service of the district were provided with legal assistance on issues of bringing municipal acts into compliance with the legislation, as well as the implementation of activities of the State Program «Implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan».
Problematic issues were discussed with responsible persons of local government bodies, recommendations were given in order to improve the efficiency of work in the execution of state powers and the implementation of rule-making activities.
