The Ministry of Justice held a video reception of heads of rural settlements that are part of the Tyulyachinsky and Chistopolsky municipal districts
Under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov, another video reception of heads of rural settlements of municipal entities of the Republic of Tatarstan was held. The event was attended by heads of rural settlements that are part of the Tyulyachinsky and Chistopolsky municipal districts, responsible officials of local government bodies, as well as employees of the Ministry.
During the video reception, the Head of Department of legal consulting and methodological support of local governments Albert Kamalutdinov gave an overview of the most significant changes in legislation affecting local government, and also answered questions received from the heads of settlements. Particular attention during the speech was paid to acts that come into force on September 1, 2025.
Deputy Head of Department of legal work in local government and management of the municipal register Ilsia Ilkhamovna informed the heads of the situation related to sending acts to the municipal register and bringing them into compliance with the legislation, as well as publishing acts on the official portal of legal information of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Leading Counsellor of Department of territorial organization and control in sphere of local self-government Natalia Arzamasceva touched upon the issue of implementing transferred state powers, drawing up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility and executing court decisions on non-property claims.
At the end of the event, Mukharryam Ibyatov emphasized the need for timely updating of municipal regulatory legal acts. According to the Deputy Minister of Justice: «Legal acts are the foundation of a legal society, and its systematization and updating are a guarantee of compliance with civil rights and law and order».
