Results of the Republican stage of the National prize «Man of labor»
The competition aims to enhance the prestige of engineering and blue-collar jobs, promote honest and dedicated work, encourage young people to pursue professional development, and support mentoring.
Participants' applications were evaluated in six categories: «Technological leader», «Best mentor», «Young specialist», «Family labor dynasties», «Veterans' council» and «Patriotic labor education».
A total of 158 applications were submitted for the national stage across all categories. The organizing committee selected three winners in each category.
In the «Technological leader» category:
Bakirov Rashit Ravilevich – head of the oil acceptance and delivery Center, oil preparation and delivery department, oil and gas production Department, «Tatneft-Dobycha» joint venture, PJSC «Tatneft» named after V.D. Shashin (Nurlatsky Municipal District);
Martemyanov Vitaly Ivanovich – chief technologist of PJSC «KAMAZ» Foundry (Naberezhnye Chelny);
Sokolov Oleg Germanovich – head of the tire testing and homologation department of LLC «Scientific and technical center «Kama» (Nizhnekamsk).
In the «Best mentor» category:
Basarab Svetlana Sergeevna – deputy director of the MAEI «Multilingual Educational Complex «Adymnar-Alabuga» (Elabuga);
Volkova Maria Fedorovna – hand-molded core worker, 4th category, PJSC «KAMAZ» (Naberezhnye Chelny);
Khairutdinova Elvira Izgarovna – head of the personnel management department of the branch of JSC «Grid company» Nizhnekamsk electric networks (Nizhnekamsk).
In the «Young specialist» category:
Avdeeva Daria Valeryevna – english teacher at the «Trekhozerskaya secondary comprehensive cchool» Spassky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan;
Galimov Ruslan Almazovich – process engineer at «Kazan helicopter plant»;
Minnibaev Aidar Samigulovich – project group manager at LLC «NPO TN-Biotech» (Almetyevsk).
In the «Family work dynasties» category:
Zvezdina Anastasia Yakovlevna – director of the «Secondary comprehensive Russian-Tatar school № 111» (Kazan);
Zefirov Ruslan Andreevich – deputy chief physician for medical services at the «Republican Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan» (Kazan);
Nikitina Anna Alekseevna – head of the Archives at LLC «Tatshina» (Nizhnekamsk).
In the «Veterans' council» category:
Bagautdinov Albert Shamilyevich – director of the State autonomous institution «Sports training center» of the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the Presidium of the Union of sports veterans of the Republic of Tatarstan;
Vasilyuk Oksana Petrovna – leading specialist at the Kazan aviation plant named after S.P. Gorbunov, a branch of JSC «Tupolev» (Kazan), chairman of the Veterans' Council;
Sharonov Eduard Pavlovich – director of the branch of JSC «Grid сompany» – «Naberezhnye Chelny electric grids» (Naberezhnye Chelny), chairman of the Veterans' Council.
In the «Patriotic labor education» category:
Vasilyeva Irina Vitalievna – history teacher at «Secondary comprehensive school № 3 named after Hero of the Russian Federation A.N. Epaneshnikova», Yelabuga Municipal District, director of the «Otvagi» school museum;
Zalyalova Guzaliya Akhmetovna – director of the «Zarechye» museum of military and labor glory, «Kazan state gunpowder plant» (Kazan);
Yudin Dmitry Vladimirovich – deputy head of the substation service a branch of JSC «Grid company» (Chistopol Municipal District), head of the «Vystrel» military-patriotic search squad.
