The Tatarstan Ministry of Justice will hold weekly citizen consultations on bankruptcy matters
Starting October 1, employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan will hold weekly consultations for citizens on personal bankruptcy matters at the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan. The consultations will be held every Thursday from 14:00 to 17:00 at 124 Khadi Taktasha Street, Kazan.
«Previously, consultations on bankruptcy matters were only held during off-site events providing free legal assistance. Now we are organizing a weekly consultation at the State Legal Bureau, where citizens can receive qualified advice on these issues on a regular basis», - said Maxim Borovkov, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

«It is important to note that the consultations will not cover existing bankruptcy proceedings. We are not authorized to inspect any activity that, by law, is conducted only under court supervision. Our goal is to make the personal bankruptcy procedure as understandable as possible to the general public», - he emphasized.
Appointment is not required for a consultation. You can reach the State Legal Bureau by taking trolleybus route №11 and getting off at the «Kvartal Yustitsii» stop.
