The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a mobile legal support event in the Kamsko-Ustinsky district
Employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan paid a working visit to the Kamsko-Ustinsky district. Their primary objective was to provide legal support to local governments.
During the meeting, specialists examined the implementation of state authority to collect information from settlements necessary for maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan. Over 1,000 regulatory legal acts and 117 additional pieces of information were submitted from the district in 2024 and the first nine months of this year.
Legal service employees of the district received legal assistance in bringing municipal acts into compliance with legislation, as well as implementing the activities of the State program «Development of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan».
Problems were discussed with local government officials, and recommendations were provided to improve the efficiency of their work in the exercise of state powers and lawmaking.
