The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, announce the launch of the online information project «Call Me Back» aimed at combating the growing wave of online and telephone fraud. The initiative includes training seminars in both in-person and online formats.
The main goal of the project is to provide citizens with up-to-date information on potential fraudulent schemes and provide effective protection tools. Thematic webinars cover a wide range of modern information security issues, and participants have the opportunity to receive expert advice.
Residents of the republic are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the following informational seminars:
«Fraud using deepfake technologies. How to avoid becoming a victim»;
«Investment fraud: false promises and pyramid schemes»;
«How to protect personal data from fraudsters? Misuse of personal data: how to protect your information?»;
«Services and applications to protect your security».
Today, October 14, 2025, at 11:00, a webinar titled «Legal aspects of fraud: what to do if you've become a victim?» will be held on the «VKontakte» platform. During the seminar, experts will discuss in detail the course of action for victims of fraud, evidence collection and interaction with law enforcement. Participants will be presented with real-life case studies and offered effective protection methods.
