Electronic justice capabilities have been expanded in Tatarstan—it is now possible to submit documents to justices of the peace not only through the regional portal but also through the federal Gosuslugi system.
A board meeting of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in Kazan to discuss the work of justices of the peace. The digitalization of the republic's justice system has significantly reduced bureaucratic burdens and saved millions in budget funds. Deputy Minister of Justice Marat Nizamiyev presented the key achievements of the work for the first nine months of this year.
According to the Deputy Minister, until recently, Tatarstan had only one electronic platform for submitting documents to justices of the peace—the Portal of justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan, which has processed over 340 000 applications since its launch in 2022.
«In september of this year, pursuant to the instructions of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, we completed the integration with the federal Gosuslugi system. Citizens can now submit procedural documents to justices of the peace not only through the republican portal but also through the Unified portal of state and municipal services of Russia. In the six weeks since the new service was launched, 228 applications have already been submitted», - Marat Nizamiyev emphasized.
In his speech, the Deputy Minister specifically focused on the electronic interaction between justices of the peace and the bailiff service. «Since september 2022, more than 456 000 documents have been sent electronically to the bailiff service. Of these more than 151 000 were sent in only in 2025», - Marat Faridovich added.
He recalled that writs of execution can be transferred directly from justices of the peace courts to the bailiff service. To do this citizens simply submit an application along with the relevant petition. As Marat Faridovich noted, this mechanism significantly simplifies citizen interaction with government agencies and significantly speeds up the enforcement of court decisions.
The meeting was attended by the heads of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, State Duma deputy Ruslan Gadzhiev, representatives of the Office of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Cabinet of Ministers, the State Council of the Republic, as well as the heads of territorial administrations of federal government bodies.
