More than 200 justices of the peace and their staff members completed training under the professional development program in 2025
A meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in Kazan, dedicated to the Ministry's work to support the activities of justices of the peace in 2025.
Deputy Minister of Justice Marat Nizamiyev presented the results of the program to develop the professional competencies of judicial personnel.
«In this year 70 employees of justices of the peace completed training at the Kazan cooperative institute. In collaboration with the Russian state university of justice, we organized online professional development for 17 active justices of the peace and another 23 justices of the peace will complete the training by the end of the year», - he noted.
The report focused on the functioning of the Ministry of Justice's internship platform.
«99 new specialists have completed professional adaptation at the Ministry's internship platform. For Kazan court districts, the internship is conducted directly at the Ministry, while district courts are connected via videoconference», - the Deputy Minister stated.
According to Marat Faridovich, the internship platform has become an effective tool for quickly acclimating new employees. «It reduces the time it takes to get started and the quality of professional performance improves from the very first day of work», - he noted.
