The Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan is developing youth policy in the trade union movement
A meeting of the Youth Council of the Tatarstan republican committee of the All-Russian trade union of workers of state institutions and public services of the Russian Federation in a new composition was held at the Palace of labor.
At the meeting, the head of the department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ralia Rasykhovna Garifullina, was unanimously elected deputy chairman of the Youth Council of the republican committee of the Trade Union.
The Youth Council was created to implement the youth policy of the Trade Union, in order to protect the socio-economic and labor rights of young people, attract them to active trade union activities, as well as develop innovative approaches to the development of the trade union movement.
«I see my task as uniting the energy and potential of young professionals to protect their interests and develop the trade union movement. I am confident that together we will be able to implement significant projects that will make the work of the Trade Union even more effective and meet modern challenges», - noted Ralia Garifullina.
The meeting was also attended by the Chairman of the Tatarstan republican organization of the All-Russian Trade Union of state institutions and public services workers of the Russian Federation Olga Anatolyevna Kalashnikova.
Olga Anatolyevna emphasized the importance of the youth wing in trade union work and wished the new composition fruitful work, creative success and productive interaction in resolving pressing issues of young workers and members of the Trade Union.
