The Ministry of Justice has studied the regulatory activities in the Laishevsky district
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan organized a field event in local government bodies of the Laishevsky municipal district.
During the working meeting, issues related to maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts and conducting anti-corruption document reviews were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the procedure for collecting information from settlements necessary for maintaining the register.
In 2024 and the first nine months of this year, the Laishevsky district submitted more than 1 300 regulatory legal acts, as well as 115 additional pieces of information for inclusion in the register.
The district's legal service staff received legal assistance in bringing municipal acts into compliance with legislation and practical recommendations to improve the effectiveness of their work in the exercise of state powers and lawmaking.
