Summing up the results of work on the implementation of certain state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan
A meeting was held, chaired by deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov, on the implementation of certain transferred state powers by local governments of the Republic of Tatarstan based on the results of the first nine months of 2025 in the field of administrative legislation.
Representatives of the Main directorate of the Federal bailiff service for the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the event, as did those responsible for organizing the activities of administrative commissions of municipal districts and urban districts, as well as officials authorized to draw up administrative offense reports, via videoconference.
Gulnara Kasymova, head of the department for territorial organization and control in local self-government, reported on the results of the activities of administrative commissions of municipalities and the participation of officials authorized to draw up administrative materials.
Ruzilya Ziatdinova, senior inspector of the enforcement proceedings department of the Main girectorate of the Federal bailiff service for the Republic of Tatarstan, presented information on the enforcement of administrative commission decisions.
The Deputy Minister heard from representatives of the Alekseevsky and Cheremshansky municipal districts. Among them, Dmitry Latypov, first deputy head of the department for organizing administrative commissions, shared his experience organizing the work of the Kazan administrative commission.
