Meeting on the execution of non-property claims
A videoconference meeting on monitoring non-property claims and the enforcement of court decisions against public authorities, state, and municipal institutions was held under the leadership of deputy minister of justice Mukharryam Ibyatov.
The meeting was attended by Kristina Semenova, leading bailiff of the specialized bailiffs' department for the Republic of Tatarstan of the Main Interregional (specialized) department of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia and officials responsible for maintaining and recording non-property claims and court decisions from the republic's executive authorities, municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Gulnara Kasymova, head of the department for territorial organization and control in local self-government, reported on the results of work for the first nine months of 2025.
The deputy minister heard reports from officials from the Ministry of health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for biological resources, municipal formation of the city of Kazan and the Tukaevsky municipal district. The results of joint work, including collaboration with the bailiff service, were announced.
Further methods of collaboration with local governments and executive bodies in this area were outlined.
