11 civil servants from the offices of justices of the peace of the Republic of Tatarstan successfully passed certification at the Ministry of justice of Tatarstan
At the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, a meeting of the certification commission for justices of the peace was held under the leadership of deputy minister of justice Marat Nizamiyev to evaluate the suitability of employees for their positions.
Certification is conducted every three years as part of the state program «Development of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan». Among those evaluated today were civil servants from the offices of justices of the peace in the judicial districts of Kazan.
«Working in the judicial districts of justices of the peace requires excellent knowledge of federal and republican legislation, high professionalism, stress resistance and a host of other skills», - noted Tatyana Latyeva, head of the Ministry's department of human resources and civil service.
Following the evaluation, 11 employees were found suitable for their positions. «Furthermore, 6 of the 11 employees were recommended for inclusion in the personnel reserve. This is the highest rating the certification commission has given for staff members», - explained Tatyana Latyeva.
