The Ministry discussed current issues in the area of ​​municipal control

The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a video conference with local government employees to discuss issues related to the implementation of municipal oversight.

 

The event was chaired by Mukharryam Ibyatov, deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and was attended by Almaz Saifutdinov, senior prosecutor of department № 2 for supervision of entrepreneurs' rights of the Tatarstan prosecutor's office, Guzel Daminova, head of the department for coordination of improvement of control and oversight activities of the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Gulnara Kasymova, head of the department for territorial organization and control in local government and Albert Kamalutdinov, head of the department for legal advisory and methodological support for local governments.

 

During the video conference, questions from municipal specialists were answered and problematic situations were discussed and solutions were explored.

 

Special attention was given to issues related to municipal oversight in land management, public amenities, animal and municipal solid waste management and the procedure for maintaining the Unified register of control (supervisory) activities.

 

«Municipal oversight is not a formality, but a direct dialogue between the government and the public. Public trust in the government depends on how well it is structured—from recording violations to maintaining the register. Decisions made based on its results must be legally impeccable», - concluded deputy minister of justice Mukharryam Ibyatov.
