During a live broadcast on the Tatarstan Government's social networking site, supported by the Regional Management Center, Tatarstan minister of justice Rustem Zagidullin reminded citizens of the importance of carefully reviewing documents before signing them.
«Unfortunately, inattentive review of documents leads to difficult life situations», - the minister emphasized.
During the broadcast, Rustem Zagidullin recalled that the Ministry of justice is designated as the authorized body for organizing free legal assistance in the republic. Since the beginning of the year, 2686 citizens have sought such assistance from the State legal bureau of Tatarstan.
«The subject matter of requests largely depends on the venue where free legal assistance is provided», - the minister noted.
According to him, at joint meetings between the State legal bureau and the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan, citizens most often raise issues related to children: protecting children's property, disputes over contact with a child after divorce, collecting alimony and deprivation of parental rights.
«At joint meetings between the State legal bureau and the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan, the most frequent clients are parents with many children and low-income citizens. The topics here are different – housing disputes, pension assignments, health issues», - the minister explained.
In conclusion, Rustem Zagidullin shared important tips on how to avoid common legal problems in everyday life, the most important of which is to carefully review all documents before signing.
