A Ministry of justice employee has been recognized as the best civil servant in Tatarstan in 2025!
The results of the annual «Best civil servant of the Republic of Tatarstan» competition have been announced. In 2025, Ilyas Damirovich Khusnutdinov, head of the sector at the Ministry of justice of the Republic, won the «Legal and personnel support for government agencies» category.
Ilyas Khusnutdinov oversees one of the Ministry of justice's priority areas: maintaining municipal regulatory legal acts up-to-date. Under his leadership, meticulous work is underway to include regulatory legal acts in the municipal register, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of updated references to documents amending, supplementing, or repealing previously adopted decisions at the municipal level. Over the first nine months of this year, under Ilyas Khusnutdinov's leadership, the sector included over 18 000 acts in the municipal register and compiled over 16 000 updated versions of these acts.
Yaroslav Shvets, head of the Ministry's department for free legal assistance and planning, also won the competition's prize in the «Management of law enforcement, population and territorial security» category. Among its key areas of work are organizing legal consultations, conducting educational events and providing legal services on holidays and commemorative dates. Over the past year, the department held more than 1 500 events, attended by over 70 000 residents of Tatarstan.
This year marks the ninth year of the competition. This year, 71 employees from 33 government agencies applied to participate. The awards ceremony will be held with the participation of the heads of all government agencies in Tatarstan. The winners will receive their diplomas from the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov.
