As part of the state program «Development of the federal civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan» the leadership of the Ministry of justice of the Republic held educational events at leading law schools in Kazan.
One of these meetings, also timed to coincide with the upcoming celebration of the Day of the employee of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, was held at the Kazan law institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of Russia. Deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov spoke to the cadets about the Ministry's work in 2025, the republic's socioeconomic indicators, as well as the most significant regulatory legal acts and key legal events that will be remembered in 2025.
The Deputy minister elaborated on the goals, functions and social significance of the federal civil service, discussed the advantages of such work and the competitive selection process.
«Civil service today is an excellent opportunity for a young professional to begin a career. Don't be afraid of difficulties or established stereotypes. Civil service is open to young people. Come, develop and gain valuable practical experience», - Mukharryam Ibyatov urged the audience.
Following the meeting, Mukharryam Mansurovich answered the students' questions and wished them continued success.
Deputy minister Maxim Borovkov gave a lecture at the Kazan branch of the Russian law academy under the Ministry of justice of Russia. The topic of his presentation was «Current issues in bankruptcy law and judicial practice». The students learned about the basic concepts of bankruptcy, the stages of the procedure, the potential consequences and the most significant examples from current judicial practice.
Such educational events are an important part of the state program for the development of the civil service in Tatarstan and are aimed at attracting talented young people to public service.
