The Ministry of justice has studied the regulatory activities in the Sabinsky district
Employees of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan visited the Sabinsky district on a working visit. The main objective was to provide legal support to local governments.
During the working meeting, issues related to maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts and conducting anti-corruption document reviews were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the procedure for collecting information from settlements necessary for maintaining the register.
In 2024 and the first 10 months of this year, the Sabinsky district submitted 1 468 regulatory legal acts, as well as 143 additional pieces of information, for inclusion in the register.
The district's legal service staff received legal assistance in bringing municipal acts into compliance with legislation and practical recommendations to improve the efficiency of their work in the exercise of state powers and lawmaking.
