Internship for responsible secretaries of administrative commissions
The Kazan city Administrative commission hosted an internship for newly appointed executive secretaries of the administrative commissions of the Alekseevsky, Aktanyshsky, Bugulminsky and Tukaevsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as employees of the administrative and technical inspectorates of the Laishevsky, Pestrechinsky and Tukaevsky municipal districts.
Rustem Nigmatzyanov, winner of the republican «Batyrlar» program, also participated in the internship.
Artem Goritsky, chairman of the Kazan city administrative commission, discussed the procedure for initiating administrative proceedings, the completeness and quality of the materials compiled, administrative offense reports, the procedure for reviewing administrative cases and the subsequent referral of decisions on sentencing to the bailiff service. Vil Latypov, first deputy head of the Kazan city administrative and technical inspectorate, discussed the specifics of identifying violations and initiating administrative proceedings. Renat Sharapov, inspector of the enforcement proceedings department of the main directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, presented the procedures for interacting with bailiffs. Employees of the Kazan department for organizing the activities of administrative commissions discussed the reasons for appealing rulings in court and shared practical experience in interacting with bailiffs and writing off uncollectible fines.
During the event, issues of interest to the interns were discussed. Deputy minister of justice Mukharryam Ibyatov, concluding the internship, noted that the knowledge gained during the training will assist the executive secretaries of administrative commissions in their future work.
