The Ministry of justice of Tatarstan discussed the implementation of the state program for the development of the state civil service and municipal service in the municipalities of the republic
The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a video conference meeting on the implementation of the state program of the Republic of Tatarstan «Development of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal service in the Republic of Tatarstan», approved by resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 22.11.2013 № 910, on the territory of municipalities of the republic.
The meeting with the participation of the heads of personnel and legal departments of local governments was held by the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov.
Taking into account the requirement of the state program, one of the key issues within the framework of the event was the updating of municipal programs on the development of municipal service.
Albert Kamalutdinov, head of the department of legal advisory and methodological support for local governments, spoke about an approximate draft municipal program previously developed by the Ministry, coordinated with the Department of civil service and personnel under the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan and sent to municipalities in order to provide them with methodological assistance.
In addition, information about the requirements for the structure, including the passport, financing and implementation of municipal programs, has been brought to the responsible persons.
