The Ministry of justice of Tatarstan discussed the procedure for the abolition of settlements
The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a seminar-meeting on the issue of rulemaking in the implementation of a legislative initiative on the territorial organization of municipalities, in terms of the procedure for the abolition of settlements.
The event was attended by representatives of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, GBU «Fund of spatial data of the Republic of Tatarstan», as well as officials responsible for the preparation of regulatory legal acts and the organization of measures for the abolition of settlements in the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan (Agryzsky, Arsky, Baltasinsky, Buinsky, Vysokogorsky, Kukmorsky, Muslyumovsky, Nurlatsky, Tetyushsky).
Gulnara Kasymova, head of the department for territorial organization and control in the field of local self-government, delivered the main report on the implementation of the Roadmap for the abolition of the settlement, typical errors in documents and materials.
During the event, the participants of the seminar-meeting also discussed issues arising during the preparation of documents on the abolition of settlements.
