A video conference with the heads of rural settlements in the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan was held under the leadership of deputy minister Mukharryam Ibyatov. The event was attended by the heads of rural settlements within the Almetyevsky, Arsky and Atninsky municipal districts, responsible officials of local governments and Ministry employees.
During the video conference, Albert Kamalutdinov, head of the department of legal advisory and methodological support for local governments, presented an overview of the most significant legislative changes affecting local government and answered questions from the heads of settlements.
Raliya Garifullina, head of the department of regulatory legal work in local government and municipal registry maintenance, briefed the heads on the status of submitting acts to the municipal registry and bringing them into compliance with legislation, as well as the publication of acts on the official legal information portal of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Liliya Shaydullina, lead advisor of the department for territorial organization and control in local self-government, addressed the implementation of transferred state powers, the drafting of administrative liability reports and the enforcement of court decisions on non-property claims.
At the end of the event, Mukharryam Ibyatov emphasized the need for timely updating of municipal regulations. According to the deputy minister of justice: «Legal acts are the foundation of a rule-of-law society, and their systematization and updating guarantee the observance of civil rights and the rule of law».
