In an interview with the STRC «Tatarstan», deputy minister of justice of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov spoke about the «Best in profession» competition. The competition, initiated by the Tatarstan Ministry of justice, is becoming an effective platform for developing the competencies of local government specialists and strengthening the legal culture in municipalities.
When asked by the presenter about the connection between the competition and the provision of assistance and support to the population, the deputy minister replied: «The connection is very direct. Timely and high-quality completion of the municipal registry gives citizens the opportunity to familiarize themselves with regulatory acts. Municipal acts are freely accessible 24/7».
According to the deputy minister, compliance of acts with legislation and the timely introduction of required amendments to them ensures, among other things, the protection of citizens' rights.
By participating in the competition, local government specialists enhance their knowledge and qualifications, which is reflected in the quality of the content of the federal resource where the acts are posted. It's important to understand that all legal acts generally regulate the life of the population.
