The Tatarstan Ministry of justice's robot has automated approximately 80% of work with municipal legal acts in Tatarstan
The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan has completed the modernization of its RPA robot, which automatically populates the republic's register of municipal regulatory legal acts.
The software solution, jointly implemented by the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Information Technology Center of the Republic of Tatarstan since 2022, automatically includes acts of local governments in the municipal register.
Over the first 11 months of 2025, the robot included 26 011 acts, accounting for 79% of the total.
To facilitate the robot's use in systematizing information in the register, the robot was modernized this year, adding the ability to insert references to federal, regional and municipal acts, as well as municipal charters, within the text of acts.
At a meeting with representatives of JSC «CIT RT» the robot's current capabilities were demonstrated and areas for further system improvement were identified to improve the quality of legal information in the republic.
