The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held an internship for 78 employees of the offices of justices of the peace
78 employees of the justices of the peace offices of the Republic of Tatarstan completed a training internship at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was organized for assistants to justices of the peace, court secretaries and relevant specialists to enhance their professional competencies.
During the internship, heads and employees of various departments of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan delivered lectures on key areas of activity. The program covered issues of organizational and legal support, personnel management, the functioning of a unified interdepartmental electronic document management system and aspects of combating corruption.
These educational events are held quarterly. The curriculum includes a comprehensive study of all key aspects of the work of justices of the peace offices: from court records management and archival records to managing administrative fines and working with the automated software package «Justices of the peace».
For staff members of justices of the peace from the judicial districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, training is provided remotely, while representatives of the judicial districts of Kazan undergo in-person training at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
