The renovation of the courthouse in Alekseevsky village was completed a year ahead of schedule thanks to the support of the Rais of Tatarstan
A solemn visit to the renovated building of the judicial precinct of magistrates took place in Alekseevsky village. Tatarstan's minister of justice Rustem Zagidullin noted in his congratulatory speech that the 25th anniversary of world justice is widely celebrated in the republic this year. He added that the visit to the renovated building in the Alekseevsky village was the bright finale of a series of festive events.
The minister emphasized that it was possible to complete the renovation a year earlier than planned thanks to the support of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov. Rustem Ildusovich noted that the Government of the republic always pays special attention to the development of the justice system.
67 million rubles were allocated from the budget for the overhaul of the 2005 building within the framework of the state program «Development of justice in the Republic of Tatarstan». During the work, the roof and windows were completely renovated and reliable protective grilles were installed. Modern drainage systems and snow holders have been installed to preserve the facade. All engineering communications have been replaced inside the building, security systems have been implemented and high-quality finishing work has been carried out on both floors. For ease of operation, there is a ladder to the attic and a fire escape ladder for emergency evacuation.
The exterior of the building has changed due to the cladding of the basement. The basement has been waterproofing, an efficient supply and exhaust ventilation system has been installed and a full finishing cycle has been completed. Special attention was paid to accessibility issues: there is a ramp for people with limited mobility and a specialized bathroom at the entrance. The surrounding area has been landscaped and a new fence with sliding gates has been installed.
An air conditioning system has been installed in the offices, modern furniture and necessary office equipment have been purchased to create comfortable workplaces.
Justice of the peace of the judicial district №1 in the Alekseevsky judicial district Regina Khusnullina, who has held this position since 2023, noted: «Externally, the building looked decent, but the internal condition required renovation. Despite this, we continued to work with full dedication and love for our work. The news about the upcoming overhaul was very joyful for the whole team». According to Regina Marsovna, the renovated courthouse meets all modern requirements and provides comfortable conditions for both employees and citizens seeking judicial protection.
