More than 360 thousand legal acts have been published on the Official portal of legal information of Tatarstan
The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a seminar-meeting with local governments on the issue of publishing municipal legal acts on the Official portal of legal information of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was chaired by deputy minister of justice Mukharryam Ibyatov.
Raliya Garifullina, head of the department of regulatory legal work in the field of local government and municipal register management, delivered training material on the publication of municipal legal acts on the Portal.
The official portal of legal information of the Republic of Tatarstan (pravo.tatarstan.ru) was established and has been operating in the Republic of Tatarstan since 2013. It is registered as a mass media outlet and acts as the main source of official publication of legal acts of public authorities of the republic.
As of december 1 2025, 369 495 legal acts of public authorities were published on the legal information portal, of which 33 229 were acts of state authorities, 335 881 were municipal acts and 385 judicial acts.
The deputy minister noted that proper organization of the official publication of municipal legal acts makes it possible to ensure their entry into force and timely filling of the register of municipal acts. «The use of the Official portal for the publication of legal acts serves as a tool for transparency in the work of municipalities and guarantees public access to the legal framework», - he added.
