The Ministry of justice of the Republic clarifies the procedure for receiving correspondence from magistrates in digital format
The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds that residents of the republic can receive court notices and documents from magistrates in electronic form through the portal of Public Services of the Russian Federation.
Court correspondence is sent to the personal account of individuals, individual entrepreneurs and legal entities via secure communication channels. Electronic documents have the same legal force as traditional paper documents and are considered officially served.
«To use this feature, it is necessary to go to the «Setting up the State post» section in the personal account of the State Services of the Russian Federation, select the «Russian Post» subsection and mark «Emails only»», - the Ministry explains.
The service significantly reduces the time required to receive court correspondence while maintaining a high level of data confidentiality and simplifies citizens' interaction with the judicial system, the Ministry's experts explain.
