The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds: The procedure for entering and reflecting information on OKVED (All-Russion Classifier of Economic Activities) codes in the Unified state register of legal entities and the Unified state register of individual entrepreneurs has changed
In accordance with the established procedure, the Federal tax service maintains the Unified state register of legal entities (EGRUL) and the Unified state register of individual entrepreneurs (EGRIP), which contain, among other things, information about the OKVED codes of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
Federal law № 529-FZ of december 28, 2024 established a new procedure for entering and reflecting information on OKVED codes in the Unified state register of legal entities and the Unified state register of individual entrepreneurs.
Previously, information about the OKVED codes indicated by business entities in applications for state registration was reflected in the registers. Now the registers of the Unified state register of legal entities and the Unified state register of individual entrepreneurs contain two types of codes for the OKVED: declarative and reporting. Application requirements: are determined by the business independently during state registration. Reporting: calculated by Rosstat on the basis of statistical data indicating percentages by type of activity. Starting in 2026, Rosstat will annually transmit this information to the Federal tax service of Russia until april 10.
Any interested person can receive extracts from the EGRUL and EGRIP in electronic form, including information about the OKVED codes without specifying their percentages, on the website of the Federal tax service of Russia in the services «Providing information from the EGRUL/EGRIP in electronic form» and «Transparent business». The information contained in the EGRUL and EGRIP on the percentage shares of economic activities is not publicly available.
Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs can receive an extract from the EGRUL and EGRIP in electronic form, containing, among other things, information about the OKVED codes with their percentages, only for themselves using the «State online business registration» service.
