The plan of legislative activity for 2025 has been completed in Tatarstan

A joint meeting of the Department of the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan and the board of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was held today, at which the results were summed up, including in legislative activities for 2025.

 

In his speech, Rustem Zagidullin, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, stressed the importance of high-quality law-making for the functioning of the state. The Ministry ensures the legislative activity of the Government of Tatarstan.

 

By the end of 2025, all planned draft laws have been developed on time. In total, the Cabinet of Ministers submitted 34 draft laws to the Parliament of the Republic. Previously, all the drafts were thoroughly discussed: 9 meetings of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues and 11 meetings of its Expert Council were held, at which 29 draft laws were reviewed and approved.

 

According to the Minister, the plan of legislative activity of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2026 includes 12 draft laws, of which 3 should be introduced in February.

 

Focusing on the issues of legal and anti-corruption expertise, Rustem Zagidullin said that in 2025, the Ministry reviewed 2 787 draft regulations at the national level, which is 168 more than in the previous year. Of these, 127 draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan, 165 draft decrees and 2 495 draft resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

 

«46 corruption-causing factors have been identified in 40 projects. Most of them are found in the draft procedures for granting subsidies and grants», - the minister said.
