Issues of registration and publication of regulatory legal acts were discussed in Kazan: almost 7% of documents were returned due to non-compliance with legislation
State registration of regulatory legal acts of republican executive authorities and their official publication are mandatory conditions for the entry into force of departmental acts. This was announced by the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin at the final board meeting of the Ministry.
According to him, in 2025, 1 904 acts were submitted for state registration, of which
1 680 successfully passed the procedure after conducting a legal and anti-corruption examination. At the same time, about 7% of the documents were returned to the authorities that sent them due to non-compliance with legislation and shortcomings of a legal and technical nature. Compared to 2024, this figure has increased by 2%.
As of january 1, 2026, the total number of published documents was 377 407. During 2025, 41 045 acts were published, of which 36 337 were issued by local governments and 4 708 by state authorities.
