The Ministry of justice of Tatarstan will certify 227 civil servants in 2026
The Ministry of justice of Tatarstan has launched the annual certification of civil servants. According to Tatiana Latyeva, head of the human resources and civil service department, 227 employees of the Ministry and the offices of magistrates of the republic will undergo a comprehensive assessment in 2026.
«Attestation is an important tool for assessing the professionalism of civil servants. The evaluation results will help identify the strengths and development opportunities of each employee, form a talent pool and identify training and professional development needs», - Tatiana Latyeva emphasized.
The first to be certified via videoconference were 14 civil servants – assistant justices of the peace, court clerks, specialists and office heads from different cities and districts of the republic, including Naberezhnye Chelny, Buinsky, Kukmorsky, Laishevsky, Sabinsky districts.
