The team of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan ensures the quality of the republic's regulations
A meeting of the Expert council of the Interdepartmental coordinating committee on legal issues was held at the Ministry today. The department of legal expertise and rule-making activities under the leadership of Natalia Yurievna Kazantseva plays a key role in ensuring the activities of this council. The department consists of 7 highly qualified specialists who perform, among other things, the functions of ensuring the legislative activity of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.
By the end of 2025, the Interdepartmental coordination committee held 9 meetings, and its Expert council held 11 meetings, during which 29 draft laws were reviewed and approved.
The department's main areas of work include coordinating the rule–making activities of Tatarstan's executive authorities, as well as conducting legal and anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and their drafts.
Last year, the department's specialists conducted a legal and anti-corruption examination of 2 787 draft regulations at the national level. As a result of the audit, 46 corruption-causing factors were identified in 40 projects.
Under the leadership of Natalia Yurievna, the department demonstrates high professionalism and responsibility in organizing the law-making process, which contributes to the stable functioning of the state.
