Daria Bekmansurova, head of the department of interaction with the republican executive authorities on insolvency (bankruptcy) of the Ministry, as part of a planned information monitoring revealed the dissemination of information on the Internet that may violate the rights of creditors and hinder the legitimate activities of the Federal bailiff service.

«During the audit, it was found that a number of telegram channels publish information containing recommendations on evading court decisions and circumventing legal debt collection procedures», - Daria Igorevna said.

According to her, the messages suggested various ways to conceal funds from bailiffs. Upon the discovery of the materials, Daria Bekmansurova sent relevant information to the prosecutor's office for a legal assessment of the content of the messages and the adoption of prosecutorial response measures.

«It is important to understand that attempts to evade court decisions may entail additional liability for debtors. Instead of searching for questionable schemes, citizens should turn to legal debt settlement mechanisms provided for by law», - the head of the department emphasized.
