The first deputy minister reminded the residents of Tatarstan about the right to free legal assistance
Today on the air of the «Glavnye novosti» program on the «Tatarstan-24» TV channel, Ilya Gomzik, first deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about the right of certain categories of citizens to receive free legal assistance.
The first deputy minister recalled that in 2025, the list of categories of citizens eligible for this right was expanded with parents with many children and persons who lost both or a single parent during their studies. The program also listed other categories of citizens who can count on free legal support in Tatarstan.
When asked about the accessibility of the service for residents of remote areas of the republic, the first deputy minister noted: «You can literally apply for free legal assistance from the app on your phone. If a personal visit is difficult, you can ask the staff of the State legal bureau through the application «Card of a resident of the Republic of Tatarstan» in the «Legal assistance» section».
In addition, the republic has a single platform for free legal assistance «Vprave.RF», where anyone, regardless of the category, can find useful legal information presented in simple, accessible language.
