Rustam Minnikhanov: Tatarstan is rightfully considered one of the leaders of technological development in Russia
Today during the XVII reporting and election conference of judges of Tatarstan, the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov noted the republic's leadership positions in the field of technological development and expressed his willingness to actively participate in the modernization of the judicial system.
The event was also attended by the Minister of justice Rustem Zagidullin, under whose leadership the Ministry of justice of the Republic is implementing key projects to digitalize the activities of magistrates and repair courthouses.
«Digitalization is a complex process that requires coordinated efforts by the federal government, the judiciary and regional authorities. Tatarstan is rightfully considered one of the leaders of technological development in Russia and is ready to join this initiative to digitalize this area», - said Rustam Minnikhanov.
The Rais of the Republic presented the results of the introduction of modern services to increase the accessibility of justice. So, since september last year, individuals and legal entities, along with submitting applications through the Portal of magistrates of Tatarstan, have had the opportunity to contact magistrates through the State services of Russia. During this time, more than a thousand electronic applications have already been submitted.
During the speech, special attention was paid to the logistical support of the judicial system. Rustam Minnikhanov informed about the large-scale capital repair program: «We have decided to carry out major repairs of the judicial precincts of magistrates within five years with a financing volume of more than 1.3 billion rubles. Repairs of 11 buildings are planned for the current year».
In conclusion, Rustam Minnikhanov also said that 2026 in Tatarstan will be full of significant events within the framework of the Year of unity of the peoples of Russia and the Year of military and labor valor.
