Meeting on the fulfillment of non-property requirements
Under the leadership of deputy minister of justice Muharryam Ibyatov, a videoconference meeting was held on monitoring non-property claims and the enforcement of court decisions owed by republican executive authorities, local governments, state and municipal institutions.
The meeting was attended by Zhanna Samoilova, head of the department – senior bailiff of the Specialized department of bailiffs of the Republic of Tatarstan, Main interregional directorate of the Federal bailiff service of Russia, responsible persons of public authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan for the management and accounting of claims and court decisions of a non-property nature.
The results of the work for 2025 were reported by Gulnara Kasymova, head of the department for territorial organization and control in the field of local self–government.
The deputy minister heard the reports of the responsible persons the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Tatarstan, city of Kazan, Nizhnekamsk, Pestrechinsky and Tukayevsky municipal districts. The results of the joint work were announced, attention was drawn to the need to provide reliable information on the registers being filled out and responsible attitude to the tasks set.
Further ways of interaction with local governments and executive bodies of state power in this area, including with the bailiff service, are outlined.
Following the meeting, a training seminar was held on the issues of maintaining registers and filling out reporting forms.
