The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan studied the execution of state powers
The department of territorial organization and control in the field of local self-government of the Ministry studied the execution by the Kazan municipality of the transferred state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to establish and organize the activities of administrative commissions.
During the event, the organizational work of the administrative commissions of Kazan was studied, including in automatic mode, information was clarified on decisions that were canceled in court, as well as those deemed uncollectible and written off.
Together with the responsible persons of the Management of the organization of administrative commissions in Kazan, the form and procedure for submitting quarterly reporting information were clarified and topical issues arising in these areas were discussed.
