The Ministry of justice hosted a video reception of the heads of rural settlements
Under the leadership of deputy minister Mukharryam Ibyatov, a video reception was held for the heads of rural settlements of the Bavlinsky, Baltasinsky and Bugulminsky municipal districts.
The event was devoted to discussing topical issues of local importance received from municipalities, the implementation of transferred state powers, activities related to the preparation of protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility, as well as innovations in legislation.
By tradition, the current situation in municipalities regarding the enforcement of court decisions on non-property claims, bringing municipal acts in accordance with federal and republican legislation, as well as sending them for inclusion in the municipal register and publication on the official portal of legal information of the Republic of Tatarstan was sanctified.
Special attention was paid to the legal specifics of the activities of local self-government bodies in the framework of the implementation of Federal law № 33-FL dated march 20 2025 «On the general principles of organizing local self-government in a unified system of public administration».
At the end of the video reception, Muharryam Ibyatov emphasized: «Well-organized field work is a prerequisite for effective solution of tasks aimed at meeting the needs of the population».
