Law students discuss the Constitution

December 6, 2013 the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Council of young lawyers at the Tatarstanskom regional branch of the Association of lawyers of Russia organized a competition among students in general education institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Russian Constitution is the fundamental law of the country ", dedicated to the adoption of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
The competition was attended by 76 students of schools of Kazan, Apastovsky, Arsk, Vysokaya, Zelenodolsk and Rybno-Slobodsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan, a majority of whom plans to place on law schools.
The jury-the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L. Glukhova, first Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan S. Carpenters, judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, A. Sakaraev and a. Hammatova, Senior Assistant Prosecutor Served the District of Kazan, R. Gaptelganiev, Chief of staff of the Tatar Association of lawyers of Russia M. Minfaik, representatives of the Council of young lawyers at the Tatarstanskom branch of the Association of lawyers of Russia R. Galiullin and T. Kakoho.
1 round of the contest took place in the form of testing: participants were asked 30 questions related to Constitution and legislation of the Russian Federation, obŝestvoznaniem and history. The nature of the issues has been made as close as possible to the assignments of the unified State exam. The contestants have demonstrated good knowledge of the Russian Constitution and have shown good results in testing.
In between rounds of Senior Assistant Prosecutor of the District of Kazan Aircraft R. Gaptelganiev and Advisor to the judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tatarstan R. Murtazina held legal lectures, during which told about the laws, the activities of the Prosecutor's Office and courts, answered questions from the audience.
In the final part of the contestants were made before the jury and the audience with short presentations on their elected subjects. Over the deliberation room, the jury selected three winners: Timur Gatiatullin (school No.165), Ramil Akbarov (gymnasium No. 13) and Svetlana Farhullina (school No.91).
Winners and finalists were awarded with diplomas and valuable prizes.
In General, future lawyers have expressed keen interest in the event, got a lot of new knowledge and experiences.
